Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Vulparo collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, request a quote, schedule a call, purchase services, or use website design or hosting services provided by Vulparo.

1. Who we are

Vulparo is a web design and hosting business based in Orlando, Florida. You can contact us at hello@vulparo.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, business type, preferred contact method, scheduling preferences, project details, website content, messages, files, login or access information you choose to provide, invoice details, and other information needed to scope or deliver a project.

Payment information. Payments may be handled through invoices or third-party payment processors. Vulparo does not intend to store full payment-card numbers. A payment processor may collect payment details under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. Our website and infrastructure providers may process IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, performance data, security events, and cookie or local-storage preferences.

Client project information. When we design, maintain, or host a client website, we may process content, files, account credentials, technical logs, backups, visitor submissions, or other information necessary to provide the agreed services. The exact information depends on the project.

3. How we use information

4. Cookies and site data

Cloudflare may process necessary technical and security data to deliver and protect the website. Vulparo does not currently use optional tracking cookies. Any analytics use is described in our Cookie & Site Data Policy.

We do not currently use personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

5. How we share information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us run the website or provide services, such as website hosting, content delivery, security, email, forms, scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, analytics, backups, and project-management providers.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security issues, or complete a business transfer. We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for their own unrelated purposes.

6. Third-party services

The Vulparo website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Project-intake submissions are processed by Cloudflare Pages Functions and stored in Cloudflare D1 so Vulparo can respond, scope work, and manage invoices. Client websites may be hosted by Vulparo or by another provider selected for the project. Links, embedded tools, payment processors, scheduling tools, AI services, or other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

When a third-party provider is selected or changed, this policy and the Cookie Policy should be updated if the change affects how visitor or client information is handled.

7. Data retention

Project-intake submissions that do not become active client projects are generally deleted within 24 months. Client, contract, invoice, and tax records may be kept longer when reasonably needed to provide services, document transactions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

Cookie-consent choices may be stored for a limited period so the website can remember your selection. Client website data may be deleted after hosting or support ends, subject to the applicable project agreement and backup cycle.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission, hosting platform, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients should avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive information through ordinary email when a safer method is available.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you provided, or withdraw consent for optional analytics, by emailing hello@vulparo.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or needed for legitimate business purposes.

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to Vulparo, you may have additional rights such as obtaining a copy of your information, correcting inaccurate information, requesting deletion, or opting out of certain data uses. Vulparo will not discriminate against you for making a valid privacy request.

10. Children’s privacy

The website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

11. Visitors outside the United States

Vulparo operates from the United States, and information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where service providers operate. Where applicable, we process information to perform a contract, respond to requests, pursue legitimate business and security interests, comply with law, or based on consent.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as services, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email when appropriate.
