Hosting & Maintenance Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

This policy applies when Vulparo hosts, maintains, or manages a client website. The project agreement or hosting order may include additional details such as price, storage, support, backups, or response times.

1. Included hosting period

Qualifying website plans include six months of hosting at no additional charge beginning on the date the website is publicly launched. A staging or preview period before public launch does not normally reduce the included hosting period.

2. Renewal and billing

Before the included period ends, Vulparo will provide renewal options for monthly or yearly hosting. Renewal pricing will be disclosed before payment. Hosting is not automatically charged unless the client separately authorizes recurring billing.

If renewal is not paid, the website may be suspended or removed after notice. Vulparo is not responsible for lost traffic, email, leads, or sales caused by an expired or unpaid hosting service.

3. Availability and maintenance

Hosting is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. No uptime percentage, service-level agreement, or guaranteed response time applies unless expressly stated in writing.

Vulparo or an infrastructure provider may perform maintenance, updates, migrations, security changes, or emergency work. Temporary interruption may occur.

4. Backups and restoration

Vulparo may maintain backups when supported by the selected hosting setup, but backups are not guaranteed unless a written backup service is included. Clients should keep copies of important content, media, credentials, and business records.

Restoration work caused by client changes, compromised credentials, unsupported plugins, third-party failures, or accidental deletion may be billed separately.

5. Security

Vulparo uses reasonable measures to configure and maintain hosted websites, but no website can be guaranteed immune from hacking, malware, abuse, data loss, or provider failure.

Clients must use strong passwords, protect account access, promptly report suspected compromise, and avoid installing unapproved or unsafe software. Vulparo may temporarily restrict access or disable a feature to contain a security threat.

6. Domains, email, and third-party services

Hosting does not include domain registration, business email, premium software, paid APIs, or third-party subscriptions unless specifically listed. Those services may have separate renewal dates and terms.

Clients should own and control their domain registration account. Vulparo may assist with DNS or transfers but cannot guarantee the actions or timing of a registrar or third-party provider.

7. Support and maintenance scope

Hosting keeps the website available on the selected infrastructure. It does not automatically include unlimited design changes, new pages, content entry, SEO work, custom development, third-party troubleshooting, or ongoing business support.

Maintenance services, if included, will be described in the applicable plan or agreement. Work outside that scope may require a quote.

8. Prohibited use

Hosted websites must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Vulparo may remove content or suspend hosting when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, infringement, malware, spam, fraud, security threats, provider complaints, or excessive resource use.

9. Migration and termination

A client may request cancellation or migration. Vulparo will provide a reasonable export or transfer of client-owned website files when technically available and after outstanding balances are paid. Some proprietary, licensed, hosted-platform, or third-party components may not be transferable.

After hosting ends, website files, databases, logs, and backups may be permanently deleted after 30 days. Clients should complete any migration and confirm possession of needed data before that period expires.

10. Provider changes and outages

Vulparo may change hosting vendors, deployment methods, or technical architecture when reasonably needed for security, reliability, cost, or support. Internet, registrar, cloud, API, and third-party outages are outside Vulparo’s direct control.
