Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects Vulparo, clients, website visitors, infrastructure providers, and the public. It applies to websites, files, domains, integrations, forms, automations, email functions, and other services hosted or managed by Vulparo.

1. Prohibited activity

You may not use Vulparo services to create, host, transmit, promote, or facilitate:

Activity that violates applicable law or another person’s legal rights.
Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property infringement.
Malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized access, security scanning without permission, or circumvention of access controls.
Fraud, impersonation, deceptive offers, fake reviews, illegal gambling, illegal financial activity, or misleading collection of personal information.
Unsolicited bulk messages, spam, abusive lead collection, or use of purchased contact lists in violation of law or provider rules.
Sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, non-consensual intimate content, or content that facilitates trafficking or exploitation.
Credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, or instructions primarily intended to cause unlawful physical or digital harm.
Content or traffic designed to overload, disrupt, probe, or damage Vulparo or third-party systems.
Use that violates the terms of a domain registrar, hosting provider, payment processor, API, AI provider, or other required third party.

2. Resource abuse

Clients may not use shared or managed hosting in a way that unreasonably consumes storage, bandwidth, compute, email, database, API, or support resources. Vulparo may require optimization, an upgraded plan, or migration to a more appropriate provider.

3. Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for their website content, products, services, claims, forms, mailing lists, user submissions, and compliance obligations. Vulparo’s design or technical assistance does not mean Vulparo endorses or independently verifies client activity.

4. Enforcement

Vulparo may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable a feature, suspend hosting, refuse a project, or terminate services. Where practical and safe, Vulparo will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken for security threats, unlawful content, provider demands, or serious risk.

Vulparo may cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, law enforcement, infrastructure providers, or rights holders.
